Booking Terms and Conditions

• Events are tailored individually to each customer. The customer must confirm the booking by the deadline stated in the quotation. The booking fee must also be paid by the same date unless otherwise agreed. (The booking fee is determined based on the total cost of the event.)

• Billing and venue rental charges are determined according to the agreed contract.

• The final number of guests, accommodation requirements, and any special dietary requirements must be confirmed no later than 7 days prior to the event.

• Villa Walle reserves the right to invoice according to the confirmed number of guests. If the number of guests increases, the final invoice will be based on the actual number of attendees.

• Any changes or cancellations must be submitted by email or phone.

Cancellation Policy

• If the event is cancelled:

  • More than 1 month before the event: the booking fee will be refunded in full.

  • More than 2 weeks before the event: 50% of the booking fee will be refunded.

  • Less than 2 weeks before the event: the booking fee is non-refundable.

​Other conditions​

• The customer is responsible for protecting the rented premises, furniture, fixtures, and decorative items from damage. The customer is liable for any damage caused to the property, facilities, or movable assets by the event participants and/or their equipment, and agrees to compensate Villa Walle for any resulting costs. The customer is also responsible for any equipment or personal property they bring onto the premises.

• The customer agrees to follow the instructions provided by Villa Walle staff regarding the use of the premises, furniture, and equipment. The customer acts as the person responsible for the event.

• If the event continues into the early hours of the morning, Villa Walle staff will be available until the agreed time. Should staff assistance be required beyond the agreed hours, additional charges will apply according to the current price list.

In the event of force majeure (including, but not limited to, power outages), Villa Walle shall not be liable for any inconvenience, loss, or damage resulting from such circumstances.
