Can I bring my own drinks to the event?
Yes! Villa Walle does not have a liquor license, meaning you are allowed to bring your own drinks and enjoy them. You can arrange to bring your own drinks before the party if you want them cold.

Can we come and decorate the space in advance?
The decoration of the space can be agreed on a case-by-case basis. In connection with weddings or other large celebrations, the space can often be decorated the day before. The search for decorations, etc. can be agreed upon separately after the event. In smaller events, the decoration (tablecloths, flowers, place settings) is often included in the contract price and is taken care of by the staff.

How long is the space available?
The use and schedule of the space are always agreed upon on a case-by-case basis when booking. The space rent is determined by availability.

Can I book an event tentatively if I'm not quite sure yet?
You can book. If other bookings appear for the same day, we will contact you. In that case, cancellation or confirmation of the preliminary booking must be made within a few days. (Exact dates will be agreed on a case-by-case basis.)

Is there a booking fee for events?
There is always a booking fee for events, the amount of which depends on the total cost of the event.

Is Villa Walle an allergy-free facility?
Villa Walle is not an allergy-free property. We also rent out premises to pet owners, but we strive to keep most of our accommodation pet-free. Despite cleaning, the premises may contain animal allergens, dust and, especially during the pollen season, pollen from outside. We cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
If you have a severe allergy or specific sensitivities, we recommend that you mention this when making your initial reservation. We will be happy to provide more information about the facilities and help you assess whether the accommodation is suitable for your needs.
 

Is smoking permitted on the property?

Smoking is permitted only in the designated outdoor smoking area. The smoking area is located on the left-hand side of the building (when facing the front of the house), next to the access ramp.

Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.

Please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly by using the ashtray provided in the designated smoking area. Cigarette butts must not be discarded on the ground or elsewhere on the property.
